For the photos, more bigger and more clearer is better, so that when we print it, it can show clear and not blurred. And please kindly note that : the photo print on the case, will be a bit fuzzier and a little color difference, so if you are mind that, please don’t make order. I will try to do my best for you, but I really don’t like the bad feedback.
We can print every photo for every mobile phone, if you can not find the model number in my store, you can send message to ask me, and i will reply you within 1 day. You can give us some words that you want to say, and we will write them in the photo, not just the picture.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
