Q: How do I know if my device supports quick charge function?
A: On below page we have put all the cellphone models list which can support. Please make sure that your cellphone is included before you purchase.
Q: Does Quick Charge hurt my device's battery?
A: No, it won't. Quick Charge operates within the design parameters of batteries found in most smartphones. For instance, TANGGOOD Subito QC 3.0 chargers will identify the power your devices need and only charges the devices at its maximum efficiency.
Q: Why does the quick charger sometimes charges my cellphone in a slow current?
A: There are 2 possible reasons
1. When your cellphone's battery energy is like 70%~80% or above, it will decrease the output current to protect the battery. This is design and decided by cellphone battery management.
2. Power=Voltage*Current. We suggest you to use Current Voltmeter to detect the voltage and current at the same time. If current is slow, don't worry. The voltage may be high like 7V~12V, which is designed by QC techonology.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
